Hal itu dikatakan oleh ahli gizi kesehatan masyarakat dan penasihat Love Fresh Berries, Emma Derbyshire.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Beberapa studi ilmiah mengungkap berbagai\u00a0buah beri\u00a0dapat membantu meningkatkan daya ingat, konsentrasi, fungsi eksekutif, dan waktu respons, semua kualitas penting yang dibutuhkan untuk berhasil dalam ujian,&#8221; ujar Derbyshire, dikutip dari laman\u00a0<em>The Sun<\/em>, Jumat (26\/5\/2023).<\/p>\n<p>Derbyshire menjelaskan buah beri juga mengandung polifenol yang sangat baik untuk menjaga kadar gula darah. Jajak pendapat baru yang dilakukan ahli gizi dan digagas oleh Love Fresh Berries telah mengungkap bahwa 72 persen anak tidak sarapan dengan layak di hari ujian.<\/p>\n<p>Sebagian besar remaja diketahui mengonsumsi\u00a0<em>junk food<\/em>\u00a0sebelum berangkat ujian. Menanggapi itu, Derbyshire mengimbau orang tua memberikan alternatif menu sarapan berupa buah beri yang terbukti secara ilmiah dapat meningkatkan kinerja otak.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ini adalah perubahan pola makan kecil yang mungkin tampak kecil, tetapi bisa membuat perbedaan,&#8221; ungkapnya.<\/p>\n<p>Masih dalam survei yang sama, sebagian remaja Inggris yang menyantap buah saat sarapan memilih stroberi, pisang, dan blueberi. Sebanyak 83 persen orang tua sering menemukan keripik, permen, dan camilan manis lain yang disimpan di bawah tempat tidur remaja.<\/p>\n<p>Menurut orang tua dalam survei, 40 persen anak-anak hampir tidak mengonsumsi sayur dan buah yang disajikan di menu harian. Hal ini menyebabkan 76 persen orang tua masih berjuang menyajikan makanan keluarga yang sehat.<\/p>\n<p>Orang tua juga berusaha mendorong anak dan remaja di rumah untuk ikut memasak.
