Bahkan menurutnya, Batra, beberapa makanan berikut ini tak cuma membantu mengatur siklus haid, tetapi juga meningkatkan peluang untuk hamil karena berpotensi meningkatkan kesuburan wanita.<\/p>\n<p>Melansir NDTV, berikut rekomendasi makanan yang disarankan Lovneet Batra untuk melancarkan haid:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Lidah buaya<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bahan alami selanjutnya yang bisa membantu melancarkan siklus haid adalah lidah buaya. Nanas<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nanas mengandung enzim yang disebut bromelain. Senyawa ini dapat mengurangi peradangan di dalam tubuh dan membantu melancarkan haid yang tidak teratur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Pepaya<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pepaya mengandung senyawa yang disebut karoten. Nutrisi yang satu ini bisa mendukung produksi kadar estrogen pada wanita. Kadar estrogen yang cukup pada tubuh wanita bisa membantu melancarkan siklus haid yang tidak lancar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Kayu manis<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kadar insulin dalam tubuh wanita juga berperan pada hormon yang mengatur siklus haid.
