Risiko penyakit jantung<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Makan terlalu banyak ayam dapat menyebabkan kadar kolesterol lebih tinggi. Tidak mengherankan bahwa ini terkait dengan penyakit kardiovaskular. Karena itu, makan ayam dan produk lain yang kaya protein secara tidak langsung meningkatkan masalah kardiovaskular atau gangguan kesehatan yang dapat menyebabkan kematian.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Peluang resistensi antibiotik lebih tinggi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sudah menjadi praktik umum di kalangan peternak unggas untuk memasukan antibiotik pada ternak mereka. Dengan memakan ayam ini, manusia kemudian bisa menjadi kebal terhadap antibiotik tersebut.
