Selain itu, gorengan biasanya dibuat dengan tambahan tepung atau adonan khusus. Selain tinggi kalori, makanan yang digoreng juga tinggi kandungan lemak transnya. Lemak trans terbentuk ketika lemak tak jenuh mengalami proses yang disebut hidrogenasi. Hidrogenasi terjadi saat minyak dipanaskan hingga suhu yang sangat tinggi selama memasak.<\/p>\n<p>Proses tersebut mengubah struktur kimia lemak, membuatnya sulit untuk dipecah oleh tubuh, yang pada akhirnya dapat menyebabkan efek negatif pada kesehatan. Seperti yang kita tahu, memasak gorengan membutuhkan suhu tinggi.<\/p>\n<p>Minyak pada suhu yang tinggi akan membentuk lemak trans. Terlebih lagi, gorengan sering kali dimasak dengan minyak sayur atau biji olahan, yang mungkin mengandung lemak trans sebelum dipanaskan.<\/p>\n<p>Meski nikmat, kita tetap tidak boleh terlalu banyak mengonsumsinya. Mengonsumsi banyak gorengan bisa menyebabkan sejumlah masalah kesehatan, seperti berikut:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Meningkatkan risiko stroke dan serangan jantung<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Penelitian dalam Jurnal Health membiktokan bahwa konsumsi gorengan bisa menignkatkan risiko kejadian kardiovaskular, termasuk serangan jantung dan stroke. Lemaknya yang tinggi juga bisa semakin menambah cadangan lemak di tubuh. Kombinasi ini bisa menganggu kemampuan tubuh dalam menggunakan insulin. Pada akhirnya, keseimbangan gula darah di tubuh akan terganggu.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Mengandung Akrilamida yang berbahaya<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Akrilamida adalah zat beracun yang dapat terbentuk dalam makanan selama memasak dengan suhu tinggi, seperti menggoreng atau memanggang. Zat berbahaya tersebut terbentuk dari reaksi kimia antara gula dan asam amino yang disebut asparagin.<\/p>\n<p>Kandungan tepung digorengan juga memiliki konsentrasi akrilamida yang lebih tinggi.
