Padahal, menurut Bawa, buah impor bisa dipetik jauh sebelum matang, sehingga mengurangi nilai gizinya.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSelain itu, begitu tiba di pasar, buah disemprot dengan bahan kimia untuk mematangkannya dengan cepat dan tidak alami. Cara terbaik untuk menghindarinya, konsumsilah buah-buahan lokal,&#8221; kata dia.<\/p>\n<p>Penting untuk memperhatikan cara dan waktu terbaik mengkonsumsi buah-buahan agar mendapatkan nilai gizi dan manfaat kesehatan yang maksimal. Berikut ini setidaknya tiga pedoman yang perlu diingat untuk mengonsumsi buah, seperti dikutip dari laman\u00a0<em>Hindustan Times<\/em>, Selasa (2\/5\/2023):<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.
