Bagi ayah dan ibu yang berharap buah hati menyukai sayur-mayur, bisa memulai dengan cara sering makan\u00a0sayur\u00a0di depan anak. Dengan begitu, anak-anak akan meniru.<\/p>\n<p>Hal itu terungkap dari sebuah survei besutan jenama kebutuhan anak, Stokke, yang dilakukan oleh OnePoll pada Maret 2023. Jajak pendapat acak dilakukan terhadap 2.000 orang tua di Amerika Serikat yang memiliki anak berusia di bawah enam tahun.<\/p>\n<p>Dari survei, 53 persen orang tua memperhatikan bahwa kebiasaan anak menolak sayuran tertentu secara khusus rupanya karena meniru mereka. Akan tetapi, rata-rata orang tua mengaku tidak menyinkronkan jadwal makan mereka dengan anak hingga buah hati berusia antara 13 hingga 23 bulan.<\/p>\n<p>Setelah menyamakan jadwal makan, 45 persen orang tua membuat makanan yang berbeda untuk dirinya dan anak-anak, alih-alih memilih untuk makan makanan yang sama bersama (75 persen). Sebanyak 48 persen responden tidak pernah membuat makanan terpisah dari anak-anak, sementara ada tujuh persen yang selalu membuat makanan terpisah.<\/p>\n<p>Psikolog klinis di Universitas Kopenhagen, Johanne Smith-Nielsen, sepakat bahwa anak adalah peniru ulung. Karena itu, Smith-Nielsen yang bertitel profesor madya menyarankan orang tua memulai kebiasaan makan yang baik dari diri sendiri terlebih dahulu.<\/p>\n<p>Secara alami, anak akan mengikuti lewat interaksi dengan orang tua. &#8220;Setiap interaksi adalah jendela kesempatan untuk belajar dan berkembang,&#8221; kata Smith-Nielsen yang tidak terlibat dalam survei, dikutip dari laman Study Finds, Selasa (2\/5\/2023).<\/p>\n<p>Kembali ke bahasan survei, sebanyak 82 persen orang tua makan bersama di waktu dan tempat sama merupakan waktu yang sangat penting untuk dihabiskan bersama anak. Sementara, 45 persen mengatakan meja makan di dapur jadi tempat potensial untuk menumbuhkan ikatan, selain jelang waktu tidur (47 persen).<\/p>\n<p>Juru bicara dari Stokke sepakat bahwa duduk bersama di meja merupakan tempat pertumbuhan nyata keluarga.
