Samuel mengatakan seseorang bisa saja mengalami kelelahan setelah melewati berbagai kegiatan selama merayakan lebaran.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Yang utama kondisi tubuhnya dia lelah, energinya terkuras habis, mungkin juga kurang tidur. Itu yang disebut kelelahan,&#8221; kata Samuel, Rabu (26\/4\/2023).<\/p>\n<p>Samuel menganjurkan untuk beristirahat dengan cukup demi mengembalikan tenaga setelah berhari-hari melakukan berbagai kegiatan selama libur lebaran. Pastikan untuk cukup tidur.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_166010\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-166010\" style=\"width: 696px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/?attachment_id=166010\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-166010\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-166010\" src=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/ilustrasi-olahraga-tidak-selamanya-tingkat-keber-etyn-1024x683.webp\" alt=\"ilustrasi olahraga cardio ringan\" width=\"696\" height=\"464\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-166010\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">ilustrasi olahraga cardio ringan<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&#8220;Yang penting istirahat, mau itu di rumah atau di manapun, tidur harus cukup, paling tidak selama tujuh sampai delapan jam,&#8221; kata Samuel yang menyelesaikan program doktoral ilmu gizi di Universitas Indonesia.<\/p>\n<p>Mengembalikan stamina tidak hanya dilakukan dengan tidur saja, tetapi perlu dibarengi oleh\u00a0olahraga\u00a0ringan untuk mengembalikan kebugaran tubuh. Samuel menganjurkan untuk berolahraga ringan sesuai dengan kemampuan dan kondisi tubuh masing-masing dan tidak memaksakan untuk melakukan olahraga berat.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Lakukan olahraga yang ringan terutama yang bersifat kardio kalau ingin memulihkan energi,&#8221; kata Samuel.<\/p>\n<p>Olahraga kardio bisa menstimulasi jantung dan melatih otot-otot besar seperti otot tungkai kiri dan kanan. Prinsip berolahraga, kata dia, adalah dilakukan secara bertahap dari yang paling ringan dan tidak memaksakan kemampuan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Mulailah dengan latihan beban bagi yang sudah terbiasa. Kalau yang belum terbiasa bisa mulai lagi dengan mengangkat beban yang sangat ringan,&#8221; kata Samuel.<\/p>\n<p>Samuel juga mengimbau masyarakat untuk menjaga pola makan sehat, beristirahat yang cukup, dan tidak begadang.
