Ahli gizi dan dosen di Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan Universitas Esa Unggul Nazhif Gifari menjelaskan bahwa salah satu cara untuk memenuhi kebutuhan cairan saat berpuasa adalah dengan mengonsumsi buah-buahan. Pilihlah\u00a0buah\u00a0yang mengandung banyak air.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Tentu sangat banyak manfaatnya kalau mengonsumsi buah saat puasa. Karena pada dasarnya, konsumsi air kita tetap harus sama, (yaitu) delapan gelas,&#8221; kata Nazhif saat dijumpai di acara &#8220;Mayumi Fruit Salad Launching&#8221; di Jakarta, Selasa (11\/4\/2023).<\/p>\n<p>Buah yang memiliki kadar air tinggi antara lain adalah melon, pepaya, semangka, pir dan apel. Nazhif pun merekomendasikan untuk mengasup buah saat sahur atau berbuka.<\/p>\n<p>Ketika sahur, Nazhif menganjurkan untuk mengonsumsi buah beberapa saat sebelum waktu imsak, setelah makan makanan berat. Buah yang memiliki kadar air tinggi cocok dikonsumsi saat sahur supaya seseorang tidak cepat merasa haus ketika seharian berpuasa.<\/p>\n<p>Ketika berbuka puasa, sebaiknya konsumsi buah terlebih dahulu untuk menetralisir asam lambung dan menggantikan kebutuhan gula alami pada tubuh. Buah-buahan tersebut adalah yang mengandung gas seperti durian dan nangka.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kalau di es buah mungkin sudah dipotong kecil-kecil. Tapi, kalau kita makan banyak, itu juga bersifat gas.
