Widya menyebut sayuran hijau yang dihangatkan kembali sangat rentan untuk kehilangan nutrisi.<\/p>\n<p>Tidak sedikit masyarakat Indonesia yang memasak makanan olahan bersantan dengan porsi besar, dengan tujuan untuk menyantapnya kembali beberapa waktu ke depan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Baca Juga:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/index.php\/2023\/04\/01\/4-makanan-yang-bisa-bikin-kulit-cerah-dan-bersinar\/\">4 Makanan yang Bisa Bikin Kulit Cerah dan Bersinar<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Meski tetap tidak dianjurkan, setidaknya nutrisi yang hilang dan jumlah lemak jahat yang bertambah dapat diminimalisir. Widya menyarankan untuk menghangatkan kembali olahan bersantan dengan menggunakan microwave.<\/p>\n<p>Sebelum menghangatkan kembali, ia juga menganjurkan untuk menyimpan makanan pada wadah tertutup minim udara.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKetika kita memanaskan dengan kompor, itu kadang tidak merata panasnya, kalau microwave panasnya biasanya stabil dan lebih baik juga pada proses pembunuhan bakteri,\u201d
