Senior Manager Medical Underwriter Sequis dokter Fridolin Seto Pandu mengatakan gula yang dapat menjadi salah satu asupan andalan saat bulan puasa untuk menambah dan mengembalikan energi, perlu dibatasi asupannya agar tak berlebihan dan berdampak buruk pada kesehatan tubuh.<\/p>\n<p>Menurut dia, asupan gula yang berlebihan dapat membuat gerakan tubuh lebih lambat, mudah mengantuk, sulit berkonsentrasi, kurang termotivasi saat beraktivitas, juga lebih cepat lapar sehingga cenderung makan lebih banyak.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Konsumsi gula dapat dilakukan saat berbuka bukan saat\u00a0sahur\u00a0karena tubuh telah kehilangan lebih banyak energi selama 12 jam dan gula bisa mengisi kehilangan energi tersebut,&#8221; kata Fridolin melalui keterangan tulis yang dilansir\u00a0<em>Antara<\/em>\u00a0baru-baru ini.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_163468\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-163468\" style=\"width: 640px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/?attachment_id=163468\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-163468\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-163468\" src=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/064237000_1541744263-1.jpg\" alt=\"ilustrasi makanan manis\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/064237000_1541744263-1.jpg 640w, https:\/\/nawacita.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/064237000_1541744263-1-300x169.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-163468\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">ilustrasi makanan manis<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Saat berbuka puasa, khusus mereka yang gemar meminum es teh manis saat berbuka puasa, bisa mencoba mengurangi takaran gula dari yang semula terbiasa dengan dua sendok menjadi satu sendok teh.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Lalu latih lagi menjadi setengahnya hingga terbiasa tidak merasa perlu menambah gula,&#8221; kata Fridolin.<\/p>\n<p>Ketimbang gula, dia menyarankan orang-orang memenuhi kebutuhan asupan cairan yang telah hilang dengan minum air putih atau minuman tanpa pemanis dibanding yang mengandung fruktosa yang terkandung pada sirup dan minuman kemasan. Selain itu, sebaiknya kurangi dan ganti camilan manis seperti biskuit, kue kering, puding, kolak, dan es buah dengan mengonsumsi potongan buah-buahan segar.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara untuk sahur, masyarakat bisa mengonsumsi makanan tinggi serat, mengandung karbohidrat kompleks, dan protein agar tidak cepat merasa lapar. Jenisnya antara lain beras merah, kentang, jagung, ubi jalar, alpukat, kacang hijau, dan oatmeal.<\/p>\n<p>Fridolin mengatakan, kebutuhan kalori harian tubuh saat berpuasa tetap sama saat tidak sedang menjalankan puasa, yakni berkisar 1.500-2.500 Kkal per harinya.<\/p>\n<p>Dia mengingatkan agar masyarakat tidak menjadikan\u00a0buka puasa\u00a0sebagai ajang menyantap\u00a0makanan manis\u00a0dan tinggi kalori yang dapat menyebabkan kadar gula, berat badan, dan tekanan darah meningkat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Baca Juga:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/index.php\/2023\/03\/25\/jangan-panik-mom-ini-tips-atasi-anak-susah-makan\/\">Jangan Panik Mom, Ini Tips Atasi Anak Susah Makan<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Makan berlebihan saat berbuka puasa tidak baik bagi lambung. Jika lambung dipaksa mencerna makanan melebihi kapasitas yang biasa dicerna bisa mengakibatkan radang lambung,&#8221; kata dia.<\/p>\n<p>Selain soal makanan, dia juga mengingatkan pentingnya orang-orang menjaga kebugaran dengan berolahraga intensitas rendah atau sedang.
