Selain itu, delima juga mengandung antioksidan tinggi yang bisa mengurangi tekanan darah, melindungi jantung dan bahkan mencegah penyumbatan pembuluh darah.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Bagi yang memiliki\u00a0tekanan darah\u00a0tinggi, ada baiknya mengonsumsi tiga buah delima sehari setidaknya selama tiga bulan.
