Selain enak, gorengan ini juga murah dan mudah didapatkan.<\/p>\n<p>Fitri juga tak menampik bahwa pisang goreng merupakan jenis makanan yang digemari masyarakat. Namun, dia mengingatkan, bahwa pisang goreng apalagi yang diolah dengan bahan tambahan seperti tepung berarti mengandung tambahan energi yang cukup tinggi sehingga jumlah konsumsinya tidak boleh berlebihan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kalau misalnya kita tambah lagi (setelah makan pisang goreng) dengan makan makanan yang lain (yang digoreng) dalam satu hari, pastinya kita akan berlebihan untuk asupannya,&#8221; ujar ahli gizi dari RSUPN dr Cipto Mangunkusumo, Jakarta in .<\/p>\n<p>Walau pisang yang digoreng termasuk makanan favorit masyarakat, Fitri lebih menganjurkan untuk mengolahnya dengan metode pengukusan. Cara ini adalah yang terbaik untuk mempertahankan nilai gizi yang dikandung dalam buah pisang.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kalau konteksnya untuk diet atau untuk membatasi energi, pastinya pisang goreng tidak menguntungkan karena pisang yang tadinya sudah cukup tinggi energinya ditambah lagi oleh (tambahan) kandungan lemak,&#8221; kata Fitri.<\/p>\n<p>Jika tetap ingin digoreng, Fitri mengingatkan agar masyarakat tidak menggunakan minyak yang dipanaskan lama atau minyak yang digunakan secara berulang-ulang.\u00a0<em>Air fryer<\/em>\u00a0pun juga dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif menggoreng karena hanya membutuhkan sedikit minyak atau bahkan tanpa minyak sama sekali.<\/p>\n<p>Pisang merupakan salah satu jenis buah dengan jumlah dan kepadatan kalori yang lebih tinggi dibanding buah-buah populer lainnya seperti jeruk, pepaya, atau semangka. Untuk mendapatkan kebaikan-kebaikan yang terkandung dalam buah pisang tersebut, Fitri lebih menganjurkan untuk mengonsumsi pisang dalam bentuk buah segar.<\/p>\n<p>Buah pisang baik dikonsumsi sebagai pendamping makanan utama atau sebagai\u00a0<em>snack<\/em>\u00a0sebanyak dua kali sehari sekitar 110 gram setiap kali makan. Pisang goreng dinobatkan jadi camilan dalam bentuk gorengan,\u00a0<em>deep-fried<\/em>, terenak sedunia versi Taste Atlas, selaku ensiklopedia makanan dunia.<\/p>\n<p>Teksturnya yang renyah di luar namun lembut di dalam dengan cita rasa manis bercampur gurih membuat pisang goreng digemari hampir semua orang.
