Konnyaku sendiri dibuat dari konjac, tanaman umbi besar yang masuk dalam genus Amorphophalus yang juga banyak ditemui di Pulau Jawa. Dari segi rasa, konnyaku memiliki rasa tawar seperti agar-agar.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk itu, kata Charlie, beras shirataki lebih baik di campur dengan beras putih atau merah. Untuk takarannya, bisa 50:50, setengah beras putih merah dan setengahnya beras shirataki.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Saya sudah melakukan itu sejak lama dan sampai sekarang konsisten, karena apa? Seperti diketahui, shirataki yang tinggi fiber bisa berdampak buruk jika dikonsumsi berlebih oleh penderita gerd.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Saya punya temen dia punya gerd, dan ya dia makan shiratakinya di-<em>mix<\/em>\u00a0<em>gitu<\/em>. Jadi masih aman dan\u00a0<em>enggak<\/em>\u00a0kambuh gerd-nya,&#8221; kata Charlie.<\/p>\n<p>Namun demikian, dia tetap menyarankan para penderita gerd untuk berkonsultasi terlebih dahulu dengan dokter agar lebih aman.
