Ketua Umum Pergizi Pangan Indonesia, Hardinsyah, mengatakan sarapan\u00a0tidak akan membuat gemuk. Karena itu, dia pun menyarankan masyarakat agar tidak melewatkan sarapan setiap hari.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Untuk orang dewasa terutama, katanya sarapan\u00a0<em>bikin<\/em> gemuk. Itu sarapan yang tidak benar,&#8221; kata Hardin dalam jumpa pers &#8220;Sarapan Berisi Blue Band&#8221; di Jakarta Selatan, Rabu (15\/2\/2023).<\/p>\n<p>Hardin mengatakan sarapan yang sehat penuh gizi tidak membuat gemuk. Dengan begitu, sarapan tidak akan membuat gemuk karena berisi makanan bergizi.<\/p>\n<p>Dokter spesialis gizi klinis Cindiawaty Pudjiadi sepakat dengan pernyataan tersebut. Ia menyebut sarapan sangat penting bagi kerja tubuh.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Sarapan penting, tidak? Penting. Kalau tidak memulai hari dengan sarapan, maka tenaga kita bagaimana,&#8221; kata Cindi.<\/p>\n<p>Cindi mengatakan sarapan dibutuhkan oleh anak-anak hingga orang dewasa. Isi sarapan tidak hanya karbohidrat, tetapi ada protein, lemak, dan zat gizi lainnya.
