FH Unitomo dan BHI Gelar Seminar Nasional Hukum Pertanahan<\/h1>\n

Surabaya, Nawacita<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0 -Selasa (14\/02), Fakultas Hukum (FH) Universitas Dr. Soetomo (Unitomo) bekerjasama dengan Beranda Hukum Indonesia (BHI) menggelar Seminar Nasional Hukum Pertanahan. Bertempat di Ruang RM Soemantri, kegiatan yang mengangkat tema “Pendaftaran Tanah dan Pengaturan Pertanahan Pasca UU dan Perpu Cipta Kerja” ini dibuka pangsung oleh Rektor, Siti Marwiyah.<\/p>\n

Dalam sambutannya, rektor perempuan pertama Unitomo ini mengatakan, kegiatan ini menjadi implementasi Perjanjian Kerjasama (PKS) antara FH Unitomo dengan BHI.<\/p>\n

“Saya apresiasi kegiatan yang dilakukan FH dengan BHI, karena PKSnya langsung bisa digiatkan melalui seminar”, ungkap Iyat, sapaan akrab Siti Marwiyah.<\/p>\n

Lebih lanjut, Iyat mengatakan tema yang diangkat merupakan persoalan hukum yang masih hangat diperbincangkan di masyarakat.<\/p>\n

“Tentu Perpu Cipta Kerja ini ada pro dan kontra, hingga saat itu banyak demonstrasi di mana-mana. Namun, dibentuknya Perpu ini dimaksudkan memberikan pembatasan terhadap kekuasaan dengan tujuan menciptakan check and balances”, imbuhnya.<\/p>\n

Sementara Dekan FH, Subekti menjelaskan, kegiatan yang diikuti sekitar 80 peserta ini menghadirkan Sugeng Muljosantoso, Kepala Kantor Pertanahan Kota Probolinggo bersama I Made Pria Dharsana, Dosen FH Universitas Warmadewa Bali serta Tamsil, Dosen Fakultas Sosial dan Ilmu Hukum (FSIH) Universitas Negeri Surabaya sebagai narasumber.<\/p>\n

“Peserta kami buka juga untuk kanal daring melalui zoom meeting, mengingat banyak sekali antusias yang ingin mengikuti, tidak hanya mahasiswa, namun praktisi, hingga masyarakat umum. Kemudian untuk narasumber kami hadirkan pakar-pakar yang akan mengupas secara mendalam terkait pendaftaran tanah dan pengaturan pertanahan pasca UU dan Perpu Cipta Kerja, baik dari praktisi maupun akademisi”, ujarnya.<\/p>\n

Ditemui di sela kegiatan, Anisa Nuraisah, salah satu peserta mengatakan, materi yang di dapat sangata bermanfaat untuk refrensi Perpu Cipta Kerja.<\/p>\n
