Tapi penting untuk tahu siapa yang berisiko untuk alami\u00a0kerusakan hati\u00a0setelahnya,&#8221; ujar Hamed.<\/p>\n<p>Menggunakan data dari Minnesota Green Tea Trial, sebuah studi besar tentang efek suplemen teh hijau pada kanker payudara, tim peneliti menyelidiki apakah orang dengan variasi genetik tertentu lebih mungkin menunjukkan tanda-tanda kerusakan pada hati setelah setahun menelan 843 miligram suplemen teh hijau per hari.<\/p>\n<p>Penelitian yang dipimpin oleh Laura Acosta, seorang mahasiswa doktoral, memilih dua variasi genetik yang dipertanyakan karena masing-masing mengendalikan sintesis enzim yang memecah antioksidan dalam teh hijau yang disebut katein (EGCG).<\/p>\n<p>Mereka melakukan uji coba terkontrol plasebo melibatkan lebih dari 1.000 wanita pascamenopause dan mengumpulkan data secara berkala setiap tiga bulan sekali selama satu tahun.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Baca Juga:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/index.php\/2023\/01\/21\/manfaat-daun-sage-mampu-turunkan-gula-darah-hingga-kolesterol\/\">Manfaat Daun Sage, Mampu Turunkan Gula Darah hingga Kolesterol<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Analisis oleh para peneliti menunjukkan bahwa tanda-tanda awal kerusakan hati tampak umum terjadi pada peserta dengan genotipe UGT1A4. Namun tidak dijelaskan lebih lanjut genotipe seperti apa yang dimaksud.<\/p>\n<p>Genotipe ini berisiko tinggi mengalami peningkatan kerusakan hati hingga 80 persen setelah sembilan bulan mengonsumsi suplemen teh hijau.
