Melihat peluang pada olahan daging fillet lele membuatnya utun mengembangkan usaha ini.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Awalnya saya budidaya ikan lele dengan ukuran sekilo isi tiga hingga enam ekor. Namun ukuran seperti itu tidak terlalu laku untuk pasar konsumsi, karena yang justru digemari adalah ukuran 8 hingga 12 ekor,&#8221; ujarnya, Selasa (5\/12\/2017).<\/p>\n<p>Tak lantas menyerah, dari situasi itulah, lanjut Yudha, dirinya melihat peluang bisnis tersendiri. &#8220;Dari stock ikan yang tidak laku itu, kemudian kami muncul beberapa ide alterbatif dan salah satunya adalah mencoba memanfaatkan olahan daging ikan fillet,&#8221; lanjutnya.<\/p>\n<p>Yudha menjelaskan, dari fillet tersebut bisa diolah menjadi berbagai macam olahan kuliner turunannya seperti nugget ikan lele, dan siomay ikan lele.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Syukurlah, dalam berjalannya proses mencoba bergelut dalam bisnis fillet ikan lele. Hal menariknya adalah minat konsumen jauh lebih tertarik akan hasilnya,\u00a0 karena konsunen tidak direpotkan kembali akan urusan memisahkan daging ikan lele dari tulangnya,&#8221; jelasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Berawal pada tahun 2015, Yudha beserta rekan-rekannya memantapkan hati untuk fokus bergelut dan terus berinovasi pada olahan daging fillet lele. Sampai terbentuklah Kelompok Budidaya Ikan (Pokdakan) &#8216;Kumis Lele&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Setelah terbentuk baru pada awal 2017 kami menekuni tentang pengolahan hasil budidaya ikan di Fish Boster Centre (FBC) Surabaya. Di FBC ini adalah tempat pembelajaran budidaya ikan lele secara intensif dan selain itu juga terdapat pembekalan edukatif tentang\u00a0 berbagai pengolahan hasil budidaya ikan,&#8221; ceritanya.<\/p>\n<p>Beranggotakan warga sekitar Panjang Jiwo, dan turut melibatkan para penggiat budidaya ikan lainya di Surabaya sebagai fungsi kemitraan. Pokdakan &#8216;Kumis Lele&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>adalah merupakan wadah sebagai sharing budidaya ikan lele secara higenis dan project percontohan budidaya ikan di tengah perkotaan yang padat akan jumlah penduduk.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Dengan adanya olahan fillet ini, berdampak positif pada pemasukan &#8216;Kumis Lele&#8217;, karena ternyata harga olahan daging fillet ikan lele sangat menjanjikan,&#8221; ungkapnya.<\/p>\n<p>Alumnus Universitas Pembangunan Nasional (UPN) Veteran Surabaya ini mengungkapkan, keuntungan bersih perhari nya bisa mencapai Rp 5,5 juta. Keuntungan tersebut untuk sekali panen dengan kapasitas 1 ton, sedangkan kolam &#8216;Kumis Lele&#8217; mempunyai kapasitas panen sebesar 2 ton dalam sekali panen.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Untuk harga olahan daging fillet ikan lele dijual dengan harga Rp 60ribu dengan berat 500 gram. Dan sejauh ini, konsumen terjauh kami berasal dari Jogja, sedangkan untuk pemesanan secara langsung bisa menuju ke alamat Panjang Jiwo 6 no 1,&#8221; tuturnya.<\/p>\n<p>Ia menambahkan, ke depan pemerintah kota lebih memperhatikan para pelaku UMKM dengan adanya sinergi antara pembudidaya dengan stake holder terkait.
