Ketika makanan\u00a0<em>junk food<\/em>\u00a0seperti kue atau biskuit dicerna di dalam tubuh,\u00a0<em>astrocytes<\/em>\u00a0akan bereaksi dengan melepaskan zat kimia bernama\u00a0<em>gliotransmitter<\/em>.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_158447\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-158447\" style=\"width: 612px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/?attachment_id=158447\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-158447\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-158447\" src=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/istockphoto-1309352410-612x612-1.jpg\" alt=\"ilustrasi burger\" width=\"612\" height=\"408\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/istockphoto-1309352410-612x612-1.jpg 612w, https:\/\/nawacita.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/istockphoto-1309352410-612x612-1-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 612px) 100vw, 612px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-158447\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">ilustrasi burger<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Proses ini bertujuan untuk memastikan proses kontraksi lambung bekerja dengan baik agar proses mengisi dan mengosongkan lambung serta jalannya makanan dalam sistem pencernaan bisa berjalan dengan sebagaimana mestinya.<\/p>\n<p>Namun, studi terbaru menemukan bahwa asupan makanan berlemak atau berkalori tinggi seperti kue dan biskuit bisa membuat <em>astrocytes<\/em>\u00a0menjadi kurang sensitif terhadap makanan berlemak tinggi.<\/p>\n<p>Ketika\u00a0<em>astrocytes<\/em>\u00a0terganggu, pensinyalan kimia yang melibatkan\u00a0<em>gliotransmitter<\/em>\u00a0juga ikut terganggu dan bisa menyebabkan proses pencernaan melambat karena lambung tak bisa diisi dan dikosongkan dengan benar.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Seiring waktu,\u00a0<em>astrocytes<\/em>\u00a0tampak menjadi tak sensitif terhadap makanan berlemak tinggi,&#8221; jelas Dr Browning.<\/p>\n<p>Tak butuh waktu lama untuk membuat\u00a0<em>astrocytes<\/em>\u00a0menjadi tak sensitif terhadap makanan berlemak tinggi.
