Buah dengan banyak gula alami<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Buah-buahan seperti mangga mengandung gula alami yang cukup tinggi dibandingkan dengan anggur, raspberry, atau alpukat.<\/p>\n<p>Satu buah mangga ukuran rata-rata mengandung 45 gram gula. Sementara secangkir anggur dan raspberry, masing-masing hanya mengandung 23 gram dan 5 gram gula. Sedangkan alpukat, satu buah utuh berukuran rata-rata memiliki 1,33 gram gula di dalamnya.<\/p>\n<p>Alasan serupa, Michael juga menyarankan untuk menghindari konsumsi melon dan nanas terlalu banyak saat menjalani program diet. Sebaliknya, cobalah mengonsumsi buah dengan kandungan gula lebih sedikit, seperti beri.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Jus buah<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Buah yang sebaiknya dihindari jika ingin menurunkan berat badan selanjutnya adalah jus buah. Dikutip dari Healthline, buah utuh memang rendah kalori dan sumber serat yang baik.<\/p>\n<p>Namun, hal itu belum tentu berlaku untuk jus buah. Buah kering<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Beberapa jenis buah kering terkenal akan manfaat kesehatannya, seperti plum dengan efek pencahar yang membantu mengobati sembelit. Ada pula kurma yang memiliki sifat antioksidan dan antiinflamasi atau anti-peradangan, yang amat berguna bagi kesehatan tubuh.<\/p>\n<p>Buah-buahan kering umumnya mengandung sebagian besar vitamin, mineral, dan serat seperti pada buah utuh. Hanya saja, kandungan air dalam buah kering telah dihilangkan. Hal tersebut membuat buah kering lebih banyak mengandung kalori, karbohidrat, dan gula.<\/p>\n<p>Misalnya, setengah cangkir aprikot mentah (78 gram) mengandung 37 kalori, sedangkan setengah cangkir aprikot kering (65 gram) mengandung 157 kalori.
