Jadi apakah ibu hamil boleh makan nanas? Jawabannya adalah iya. Kebanyakan wanita yang sedang hamil sangat ketat dalam menjaga asupan makanannya.<\/p>\n<p>Tak heran, banyak yang ragu-ragu untuk mengonsumsi buah nanas. Kenyataannya, nanas aman dikonsumsi ibu hamil. Kendati begitu, bumil sebaiknya berkonsultasi dahulu dengan dokter kandungan terdekat untuk memastikan kondisi janinnya dan porsi nanas yang bisa dikonsumsi.<\/p>\n<p>Nanas aman dikonsumsi ibu hamil dalam jumlah sedang selama masa kehamilan atau dari trimester satu hingga tiga. Nanas memiliki beragam nutrisi untuk menunjang kesehatan untuk ibu hamil dan janinnya.<\/p>\n<p>Nutrisi nanas antara lain ialah serat, vitamin C dan vitamin B6. Menurut Shaista, makan nanas sebabkan keguguran adalah mitos karena tidak ada bukti ilmiah terkait klaim tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Nanas memang mengandung enzim bromelain yang memicu risiko keguguran. Namun, kandungan bromelain di nanas sangat sedikit yaitu sekitar 16 miligram. Namun, sebagian besar enzim bromelain biasanya berkurang karena proses pembuatan ekstrak buah dan pengemasannya.<\/p>\n<p>Meski buah nanas dan sarinya aman, ibu hamil tidak boleh berlebihan mengonsumsinya.
