Menurutnya ini bisa disebabkan beberapa alasan, antara lain demam, kelelahan pasca perjalanan, dehidrasi, kontrol diabetes yang buruk dan apnea tidur obstruktif.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara Dr Sanjay Gupta konsultan penyakit dalam di Paras Hospitals India menyebutkan di antara beberapa penyebab umum nyeri tubuh saat bangun pagi salah satunya dipicu posisi tidur.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSecara umum, tidur miring bekerja paling baik untuk sebagian besar orang, terutama mereka yang memiliki masalah pernapasan saat tidur, termasuk apnea tidur obstruktif, \u201d kata dia, seperti dikutip dari<em>\u00a0Antara<\/em>, Selasa (3\/1\/2023).<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_156850\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-156850\" style=\"width: 696px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/?attachment_id=156850\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-156850\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-156850\" src=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/oung-asian-woman-touching-back-feeling-backache-morning-discomfort-low-lumbar-muscular--1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"ilustrasi\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-156850\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">ilustrasi<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Menurut dia, tubuh mungkin akan merasakan nyeri jika kelebihan berat badan. Ini karena beban ekstra membuat leher dan punggung tegang, sehingga mengakibatkan ketidaknyamanan.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu, kelebihan berat badan juga dapat menyebabkan masalah pernapasan saat seseorang tidur, yang akan berdampak negatif pada kualitas tidur dan perasaan saat bangun.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRasa sakit fisik Anda bisa berasal dari kasur Anda. Kasur yang buruk adalah salah satu penyebab utama ketidaknyamanan tubuh.
