Padahal, kereta panoramic sempat viral usai sejumlah pengunjung mengunggah pengalaman mereka naik jenis kereta tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Menurut Humas PT Kereta Api Pariwisata, M Ilud Siregar, pengoperasian Kereta Panoramic pada 24 Desember 2022 sampai 8 Januari 2023 adalah bagian dari soft launching.<\/p>\n<p>Pada periode itu merupakan libur Natal dan Tahun Baru (Nataru), sehingga kereta panoramic beroperasi untuk mendukung momen tersebut. Nanti ada proses evaluasi dari PT KAI (Persero) dan PT Kereta Api Pariwisata, dalam upaya meningkatkan pelayanan dan kalau ada keluhan ataupun masukan-masukan, upaya kita juga untuk memperbaiki dan meningkatkan pelayanan kita,&#8221; ujar Ilud.<\/p>\n<p>Meski begitu, pihak KAI belum dapat memastikan kapan Kereta Panoramic beroperasi kembali. Sebab, hal tersebut akan menunggu proses evaluasi rampung.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Nanti akan dikabari setelah proses (evaluasi). Pada saat nanti beroperasi selanjutnya akan dikabari,&#8221; katanya.<\/p>\n<p>Evaluasi yang dilakukan KAI dan PT Kereta Api Pariwisata yakni menyangkut peningkatan layanan kepada penumpang. Pihak KAI telah memberikan identitas pada barang penumpang sehingga barang tidak tertukar.<\/p>\n<p>Barang bawaan penumpang di Kereta Panoramic dijadikan satu seperti halnya pada layanan transportasi pesawat. KAI ingin lebih memuaskan penumpang ketika mendapatkan pengalaman naik Kereta Panoramic.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Iya (operasi lagi), ini kan nanti proses evaluasi terhadap perjalanan kereta apinya.
