Sebagai contoh, tertidur saat menonton televisi, tidur lama sebelum jam tidur normal, atau tanpa sadar tertidur di siang hari hingga berjam-jam.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Periode istirahat yang tak terencana seperti ini bisa membawa konsekuensi bagi tubuh. Konsekuensi tersebut adalah munculnya gejala lelah, pening, otot lelah, konsentrasi kurang baik, mudah marah,\u00a0<em>brain<\/em>\u00a0<em>fog<\/em>, hingga badan pegal dan nyeri.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Cara Mencegah <em>Junk Sleep:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cara terbaik agar tak terjerumus ke dalam\u00a0<em>junk sleep<\/em>\u00a0adalah dengan menerapkan rutinitas tidur yang teratur dan sehat. Biasakan untuk tidur dan bangun di jam yang sama setiap hari selama 7-9 jam per malam. Buat suasana tempat tidur terasa menenangkan dan bersih.
