Saya kasih tiga tips mudah agar sehat. Ini harus kita terapkan dengan konsisten, karena akan membuat hidup kita lebih baik,\u201d Kata Kata Menkes saat menghadiri Gebyar Hari Kesehatan Nasional Tingkat Provinsi Banten, pada Kamis (20\/10\/2022) kemarin.<\/p>\n<p>Pertama, adalah mengatur pola makan sesuai kebutuhan. Menurut Menkes, pola makan yang sehat akan melindungi tubuh dari berbagai penyakit berbahaya. Karenanya setiap makanan yang dikonsumsi harus diatur dan dijaga.<\/p>\n<p>Jumlah porsi yang disajikan dalam satu kali makan harus sesuai dengan Isi Piringku, yakni dalam porsi makan yang dikonsumsi dalam satu piring terdiri dari 50 persen buah dan sayur, dan 50 persen sisanya terdiri dari karbohidrat dan protein. Kalau bayi protein hewani seperti telur dan susu harus diperbanyak, untuk usia dewasa sebaliknya, untuk karbohidrat mulai kurangi dan diatur supaya tidak menimbulkan penyakit diabetes dan obesitas,\u201d ujar Menkes.<\/p>\n<p>Konsumsi makanan yang beraneka ragam, lanjut Menkes, harus diimbangi dengan rutin aktivitas fisik selama 30 menit sehari demi menjaga tubuh tetap sehat dan bugar. Tak harus menggunakan alat-alat yang canggih, bergerak bisa dilakukan dengan hal-hal sederhana yang sering dilakukan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOlahraganya bisa apa saja, bisa bersepeda, lari, jalan sehat. Kalau kita konsisten, semua penyakit akan menjauh. Sebab, ketiga penyakit tersebut seringkali datang tanpa keluhan, penderita baru mengetahui dirinya mengidap penyakit serius saat kondisinya sudah parah dan menderita komplikasi.<\/p>\n<p>Pemeriksaan kesehatan sangat penting untuk mengetahui kondisi kesehatan seseorang secara umum. Sehingga apabila ditemukan tanda awal sebuah penyakit serius bisa terdeteksi dan ditangani langsung, sehingga kemungkinan sembuhnya lebih tinggi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPeriksa setidaknya enam bulan atau satu tahun sekali. Misalnya perempuan paling banyak kanker payudara harus dicek sejak awal. Kalau jantung harus periksa kolesterol, ini di cover BPJS.
