Olahraga aerobik dilakukan dengan gerakan berulang-ulang, intensitas ringan, dan waktu melakukannya panjang atau berkelanjutan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Olahraga ini mudah dilakukan, seperti jalan cepat, bersepeda atau berenang,&#8221; kata spesialis jantung dan pembuluh darah dr. Vito A. Damay, SpJP(K), M.Kes., AIFO-K, FIHA, FICA, FAsCC, Selasa (4\/10\/2022).<\/p>\n<p>Selain berjalan cepat, bersepeda dan berenang, olahraga yang bisa dilakukan meliputi lari santai atau jogging hingga lari dalam intensitas sedang. Waktunya dapat disesuaikan dengan rutinitas setiap orang, baik itu pagi, siang, sore atau malam hari.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Tiap hari juga enggak apa-apa kan bukan olahraga yang memberatkan,&#8221; kata dokter lulusan Universitas Padjajaran itu.<\/p>\n<p>Olahraga lainnya yang tak kalah penting adalah angkat beban dengan anjuran dua kali sepekan. Agar terbiasa berolahraga memakai masker, berlatihlah secara rutin dan bertahap agar fungsi sistem pernapasan meningkat.<\/p>\n<p>Bawa masker cadangan ketika berolahraga karena keringat yang membasahi masker akan menyulitkan pemakai dan mengganggu fungsi masker, mengganggu sistem pernapasan dan sirkulasi.
