Berikut paparannya:<\/p>\n<h3>1. Kurang tidur<\/h3>\n<p>Sebagian orang mempunyai kebiasaan begadang. Padahal ada banyak masalah yang bisa ditimbulkan karena kebiasaan ini, misalnya depresi, rasa kantuk ekstrem di siang hari, sampai gangguan pada memori.<\/p>\n<p>Kurangnya jam tidur meski hanya satu malam pun bisa mempengaruhi kapasitas otak untuk mengingat informasi yang baru.\u00a0Sebaiknya buatlah jam tidur yang teratur. Jika Anda memiliki masalah dengan tidur, hindari alkohol, kafein, dan elektronik di malam hari, dan mulailah ritual sebelum tidur yang menenangkan.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Sering menyendiri<\/h3>\n<p>Terlalu sering mengisolasi diri akan berakibat depresi dan kecemasan. Padahal, kebiasaan ini tak hanya bisa merusak pendengaran, tapi juga otak.<\/p>\n<p>Kebiasaan mendengarkan musik terlalu keras bisa mengakibatkan sejumlah masalah lanjutan pada otak seperti kehilangan memori atau kerusakan jaringan secara permanen hanya dalam 30 menit.\u00a0Hal ini karena otak Anda harus bekerja sangat keras untuk memahami apa yang dikatakan di sekitar Anda sehingga tidak dapat menyimpan apa yang Anda dengar ke dalam memori.<\/p>\n<h3>5.
