Chan School of Public Health.<\/p>\n<p>Sarapan berjenis kue-kue an biasanya rendah serat dan tinggi karbohidrat olahan. Banyak Lemak Jenuh<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kue-kue untuk sarapan sering kali dibuat dengan margarin dan bahan-bahan tinggi lemak lainnya. Bahkan, mungkin minyak terhidrogenasi (seperti kedelai terhidrogenasi atau minyak sawit) digunakan untuk banyak produk sarapan ini.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara minyak terhidrogenasi dapat membantu produk makanan bertahan lebih lama, tapi tidak membantu kesehatan.
