Namun kita juga harus memperhatikan asal dari makanan yang kita makan. Karena sangat penting untuk memiliki makanan yang\u00a0<em>sustainable,\u00a0<\/em>salah satunya adalah bagaimana bahan-bahan makanan ini yang diambil adalah legal. Misalnya apakah ikan yang diambil dari lautan ini tidak merusak lingkungan sekitarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Organisasi Pendidikan, Ilmu Pengetahuan dan Kebudayaan PBB (UNESCO) dan Organisasi Pangan dan Pertanian (FAO) dan Majelis Umum PBB bekerja untuk memfasilitasi peringatan Hari Gastronomi Berkelanjutan, bekerja sama dengan Negara-negara Anggota, organisasi PBB dan badan internasional dan regional lainnya , serta masyarakat, untuk merayakan Hari\u00a0Internasional Gastronomi.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_137544\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-137544\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-137544\" src=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/restoran-gastronomi-jakarta-01-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/restoran-gastronomi-jakarta-01-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/nawacita.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/restoran-gastronomi-jakarta-01-768x511.jpg 768w, https:\/\/nawacita.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/restoran-gastronomi-jakarta-01-696x463.jpg 696w, https:\/\/nawacita.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/restoran-gastronomi-jakarta-01-631x420.jpg 631w, https:\/\/nawacita.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/restoran-gastronomi-jakarta-01.jpg 960w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-137544\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">ilustrasi gastronomi<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Beberapa inisiatif UNESCO termasuk:<\/p>\n<p>Meluncurkan Jaringan Kota Kreatif UNESCO, dibuat pada tahun 2004 untuk berbagi praktik terbaik dan mengembangkan kemitraan dalam 7 bidang kreatif.<\/p>\n<p>Pada 2020, 26 kota telah ditetapkan sebagai Kota Kreatif Gastronomi;Mempromosikan energi bersih untuk restoran lokal (menggunakan gas dan listrik sebagai pengganti batu bara, menggunakan gas alam daripada karbon);<\/p>\n<p>Meningkatkan kesadaran publik akan keahlian memasak yang berkelanjutan atau\u00a0<em>sustainable<\/em>\u00a0melalui saluran TV dan acara memasak lainnya serta melalui pameran makanan, yang ditujukan untuk industri makanan dan petani.
