Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa masyarakat Indonesia menghabiskan sekitar 9 jam per hari untuk berselancar di Internet. Ini merupakan suatu potensi yang besar jika dilihat dari sekup <i>Digital Marketing.<\/i><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i>Digital marketing<\/i> adalah istilah umum untuk semua jenis pemasaran online. Dalam melakukan pemasaran online memanfaatkan saluran digital seperti: Pencarian Google, media sosial, email, dan situs web untuk terhubung dengan pelanggan dan calon pelanggan. Dalam melakukan metode <i>Digital marketing<\/i> terdapat taktik atau langkah yang perlu dipertimbangkan, mulai dari situs web hingga aset online seperti iklan digital, pemasaran email, brosur online, dan lainnya. Seorang <i>Digital marketer<\/i> yang terbaik mengetahui saluran mana yang digunakan untuk <i>audiens<\/i> mereka, dan memiliki gambaran yang jelas tentang bagaimana setiap aset dapat mendukung tujuannya.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam dunia <i>Digital marketing<\/i> terdapat 3 proses pada saat melakukan pembelian suatu produk yaitu (1) Tahap kesadaran (<i>Awareness)<\/i>: Kondisi dimana seorang pembeli menyadari bahwa mereka memiliki masalah dan mereka berkeinginan untuk memecahkan masalah tersebut. (2) Tahap pertimbangan (<i>Consideration<\/i>): Calon pembeli mendefinisikan masalah mereka dan meneliti opsi untuk menyelesaikannya. (3) Tahap keputusan: Pembeli telah memilih solusi berdasarkan berbagai pertimbangan. Dalam dunia <i>Digital marketing <\/i>terdapat 2 strategi yang perlu dikenali yaitu, <i>Organic<\/i> dan <i>Paid <\/i>(Boleh Belajar, 2021). <i>Organic<\/i> adalah segala sesuatu yang terjadi di media sosial tanpa promosi berbayar, sebagai contoh: saat anda memposting sebuah foto\/video di halaman media sosial tetapi anda tidak menaruh uang dalam mem-posting, dengan kata lain tindakan organik terjadi pada sebuah konten non-iklan. Sedangkan <i>Paid<\/i> adalah segala sesuatu yang dipengaruhi oleh iklan dan menghabiskan uang. Sebagai contoh anda ingin mem-posting suatu foto\/video dengan meng-klik <i>sponsor <\/i>dan berbayar. Tujuan menggunakan <i>Paid<\/i> adalah agar media sosial anda dapat lebih terfokuskan dan ditargetkan untuk berbagai faktor demografi dan perilaku. Berikut adalah perbedaan antara <i>Organic<\/i> dan <i>Paid <\/i>(Boleh Belajar, 2021)<i>.<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Tujuan <i>Digital marketing<\/i> adalah untuk menarik konsumen dan calon konsumen secara cepat. Seperti yang kita tahu, penerimaan teknologi dan internet di masyarakat sangat luas sehingga tidak heran kegiatan pemasaran secara digital dijadikan pilihan utama oleh perusahaan-perusahaan (Jurnal ID, 2021). Dalam <i>Digital marketing <\/i>terdapat 3 poin sebagai dasar utama yaitu: (1) Placement : Penempatan iklan (Ads Placement) mengacu pada lokasi iklan akan ditampilkan. Penempatan iklan dapat bervariasi dalam keefektifannya dan sering kali memerlukan tingkat pengujian untuk memahami dimana penempatan yang optimal. Contoh lokasi Placement iklan: Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Websites, &amp; Search Engine. (2) Audience : Jangkau orang berdasarkan siapa mereka, minat dan kebiasaan mereka, apa yang secara aktif mereka teliti, atau bagaimana mereka berinteraksi dengan bisnis Anda. Penargetan audiens dapat meningkatkan kinerja kampanye Anda dengan menjangkau orang-orang yang menjelajahi situs web, menggunakan aplikasi, atau menonton video.
