Tepatnya pada hari ini, Selasa (25\/1\/2022) telah diperingati sebagai Hari Gizi Nasional ke-62. Bahkan setiap tahunnya ada tema yang diusung oleh pemerintah untuk memperingati Hari Gizi Nasional. Pada tahun 2022 ini, pemerintah mengusung tema Aksi Bersama Cegah Stunting dan Obesitas.<\/p>\n<p>Dilansir dari CNN Indonesia, obesitas merupakan faktor risiko terjadinya Penyakit Tidak Menular (PTM) seperti penyakit jantung, diabetes, hipertensi, dan masih banyak lagi penyakit lainnya sebagai akibat dari obesitas. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan tindakan-tidakan pencegahan yang dapat membantu mencegah pertumbuhan obesita, sekaligus menyehatkan kembali masyarakat Indonesia penderita obesitas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cObesitas dapat dicegah dengan menjalankan program GERMAS atau Gerakan Masyarakat Hidup Sehat yaitu dengan melakukan kegiatan fisik atau berolahraga ringan maupun berat minimal 30 menit setiap harinya, mengkonsumsi makanan sehat seperti buah dan sayur, menghindari rokok, dan konsumi bumbu masak,\u201d dikutip dari CNN Indonesia, Selasa (25\/1\/2022).<\/p>\n<p>Dewasa kini dengan segala aktivitas hariannya tentu saja banyak berkegiatan di depan layar gadget dan kurang bergerak. Oleh karena itu, hal utama yang perlu disadari orang dewasa adalah kesadaran dan niat untuk menjaga kondisi tubuh tetap prima, yaitu dengan berolahraga.<\/p>\n<p>Dilansir dari Halodoc, selain berolahraga, makan makanan sehat seperti sayur dan buah harus dilakukan agar menjaga keseimbangan gizi dan serat dalam tubuh.
