Buah khas Asia Tenggara ini dianggap mengandung banyak kandungan kolesterol sehingga tak cocok untuk dikonsumsi oleh mereka yang punya masalah kolesterol tinggi.<\/p>\n<p>Seorang ahli endokrin di Rafles Diabetes dan Endocrine Center mengatakan bahwa ternyata banyak penelitian yang menyebutkan bahwa buah berduri ini tidak memiliki kandungan kolesterol dalam buahnya, alias nol kolesterol.<\/p>\n<p>Faktanya, durian mengandung lemak tak jenuh tunggal yang dapat membantu menurunkan kadar beberapa jenis lemak dalam tubuh, seperti trigliserida dan kolesterol jahat dalam tubuh.<\/p>\n<p>Kandungan gizi dalam 100 gram daging durian adalah energi sebesar 147 kalori, lemak 5,33 gram, protein 1,47 gram, karbohidrat 27 gram, dan kolesterol 0 miligram.<\/p>\n<p>Selain merupakan sumber karbohidrat, lemak, serat, dan protein yang baik, durian merupakan buah yang sarat zat gizi dan memiliki kandungan vitamin yang melimpah, yakni vitamin C, potasium, asam amino triptofan, asam folat, asam pantonetat, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin dan B6.<\/p>\n<p>Durian juga mengandung senyawa antioksidan, seperti asam kafeat, antosianin, dan quercetin; dan mineral penting yang dibutuhkan tubuh, seperti zat besi, kalsium, magnesium, sodium, seng, dan fosfor.<\/p>\n<p>Tapi perlu diingat, karena kandungan kalorinya yang cukup tinggi, sangat disarankan pada masyarakat untuk membatasi jumlah durian yang dikonsumsi.<\/p>\n<div id=\"_forkInArticleAdContainer\" data-contextads-user_cat_01=\"c10\" data-contextads-user_cat_11=\"c10\" data-contextads-user_cat_12=\"c6\" data-contextads-user_cat_13=\"c8\" data-contextads-user_cat_21=\"c10\" data-contextads-user_cat_22=\"c6\" data-contextads-user_cat_23=\"c4\">cnbc.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jakarta, Nawacita | Ada sejumlah persepsi yang salah tentang durian.
