Kondisi ini menimbulkan perasaan tidak nyaman dan dapat memicu komplikasi serius jika tidak ditangani.<\/p>\n<p>Di samping pengobatan, orang dengan GERD perlu memperhatikan beberapa kebiasaan tertentu. Pasalnya, ada sejumlah kebiasaan yang tanpa sadar memicu gejala GERD baik asam lambung berbalik yang kemudian menimbulkan heartburn.<\/p>\n<p>Berikut kebiasaan yang bisa picu GERD :<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Makan terlalu cepat<\/strong><br \/>\nAnda sudah berusaha menghindari makanan yang memicu GERD termasuk makanan yang terlalu pedas atau asam. Namun tetap saja timbul sensasi terbakar di dada alias heartburn. Jika begini, sangat memungkinkan Anda makan terlalu cepat. Kebiasaan makan terlalu cepat membuat sistem pencernaan sulit berfungsi dengan benar. Ini bisa memicu heartburn.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Makan berlebihan<\/strong><br \/>\nRasa lapar yang luar biasa membuat diri terpicu untuk mengambil porsi makanan lebih banyak. Anda makan dengan bersemangat sampai-sampai lebih dari dua piring nasi sudah lenyap. Padahal biasanya sepiring pun sudah cukup. Padahal saat makan berlebihan, lambung makin melebar dan menekan lower esophageal sphincter (LES). Akibatnya, timbul heartburn.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Rebahan setelah makan<\/strong><br \/>\nGERD memang sangat berkaitan dengan makanan. Setelah makan, sebaiknya Anda tidak membiasakan diri rebahan atau tiduran. Saat berbaring atau rebahan, posisi lambung dan kerongkongan sejajar sehingga memungkinkan asam lambung berbalik.<\/p>\n<p>Usai makan, tetap dalam posisi duduk atau duduk dengan bersandar pada tumpukan bantal sehingga punggung tetap bisa rileks tanpa memicu refluks. Jika ingin rebahan, sebaiknya tunggu 2-3 jam setelah bersantap.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Makan serba lemak<\/strong><br \/>\nTidak hanya soal rasa makanan yang pedas atau asam, asam lambung naik bisa dipicu kandungan lemak pada makanan. Menurut Healthline, makanan berlemak akan menekan LES dan menunda pengosongan lambung.<\/p>\n<p>Sebaiknya kontrol jenis-jenis makanan berlemak yang dikonsumsi. Sangat disarankan untuk menghindari kentang goreng, onion rings, mentega (butter), keju, es krim, salad dressing tinggi lemak, saus krim maupun daging khususnya potongan sirloin atau iga.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Asal makan sayur dan buah<\/strong><br \/>\nSayur dan buah sangat disarankan dikonsumsi setiap hari. Namun buat orang dengan GERD, asal makan sayur dan buah malah bisa memicu masalah.<\/p>\n<p>Beberapa jenis buah dan sayur perlu dihindari agar bebas dari asam lambung naik seperti, nanas, buah-buahan jenis sitrus (jeruk, jeruk bali, lemon dan jeruk nipis), tomat, bawang bombay dan bawang putih.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Stres<\/strong><br \/>\nIni tidak berhubungan dengan makanan tetapi secara tidak langsung stres bisa memicu GERD. Stres bisa mengacaukan aktivitas, fokus sehingga melewatkan jam makan, konsumsi obat sampai jam tidur.
