Memilih roti yang punya sedikit serat<\/strong><br \/>\nSerat adalah teman Anda karena bisa membantu melancarkan pencernaan, menyeimbangkan gula darah dan membantu menciptakan defisit energi yang diperlukan untuk pembakaran lemak. Untuk itu pilihlah roti yang memiliki banyak serat sehingga Anda akan merasa lebih cepat kenyang.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Roti manis<\/strong><br \/>\nRoti manis memang lebih enak dibanding dengan roti yang tawar. Akan tetapi roti dengan gula tambahan termasuk sirup jagung, fruktosa bakal mengganggu diet Anda. Selai menyebabkan masalah gula darah, roti dengan gula tambahan bakal menyebabkan Anda makan lebih banyak karbohidrat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Menghindari roti gandum<\/strong><br \/>\nRoti tawar putih seringkali sudah kehilangan serat dan nutrisinya saat proses penggilingan gandum. Moskovitz mengungkapkan gandum yang diproses ini bisa meningkatkan gula darah dan nafsu makan. Sebaliknya untuk diet, pilihlah roti gandum dengan 100 persen gandum utuh.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.
