Berdasarkan survei UMKM Timur Tengah Indonesia pada Juli 2021, dari total 1.300 responden sebanyak 47,7 persen di antaranya menyatakan mengonsumsi kurma saat Ramadhan saja, 24,8 persen mengaku sepekan terakhir, dan sisanya sebulan terakhir atau setahun terakhir.<\/p>\n<p>Padahal menurut Founder Timur Tengah Indonesia Agung Prasetyo, kurma mengandung antioksidan yang tinggi yang mampu melindungi sel-sel tubuh dari radikal bebas. Kurma juga memiliki serat yang tinggi untuk kesehatan pencernaan. &#8220;Buah ini juga kaya akan tembaga, selenium, magnesium, dan vitamin K yang baik untuk metabolisme tulang,&#8221; katanya lewat siaran pers dikutip Jumat (10\/12).<\/p>\n<p>Kandungan vitamin C dan D di dalamnya juga sangat baik untuk kesehatan dan nutrisi kulit. Buah kurma ada berbagai jenis, mulai dari kurma ajwa yang merupakan kurma favorit Nabi Muhammad SAW, ada kurma safawi, kurma Mesir, sukkari, madjool, dan banyak lagi.<\/p>\n<p>Pasar Indonesia akan kurma pun sangat besar mengingat wilayah ini merupakan negara dengan berpenduduk Muslim terbesar di dunia.
