Senyum itu salah satu yang meningkatkan imun sistem kita,&#8221; kata Iris, belum lama ini.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu, ia mengatakan, warga perlu menghindari stres dan tetap bergembira juga menjadi cara meningkatkan sistem imun. Tidur yang cukup minimal tujuh sampai delapan jam sehari, serta mengontrol berat badan hingga tidak terjadi obesitas, katanya, juga perlu dilakukan untuk bisa meningkatkan imun. Ia menyarankan, masyarakat untuk memilih makanan sehat dengan mengurangi lemak, karbohidrat, menambah protein, sayur dan buah yang banyak mengandung antioksidan, vitamin dan mineral.<\/p>\n<div class=\"picked-article\">\n<p>&#8220;Kalau kita tidak yakin dengan makanan kita maka tambahkan vitamin, mineral dan juga antioksidan yang lainnya. Berhenti merokok dan berhenti alkohol. Ini sangat mengganggu\u00a0sistem imun\u00a0kita,&#8221; ujar ahli alergi dan imunologi itu.<\/p>\n<p>Secara umum, kata dia, untuk meningkatkan imunitas selama masa pandemi COVID-19 dengan cara tinggal di rumah, jika tidak perlu maka jangan keluar rumah. Meski warga sudah mulai banyak yang divaksinasi, kata dia, tetap perlu waspada penularan virus.<\/p>\n<p>Iris juga menyarankan kepada warga untuk minum air putih yang cukup sebanyak delapan gelas atau dua liter per hari karena hal itu baik untuk ginjal. Kemudian, mengonsumi sayur dan buah yang sehat, olahraga 30 menit per hari di lingkungan rumah, tidur 7-8 jam, tidak merokok dan minum alkohol, minum vitamin dan obat teratur bagi komorbid.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Jadi orang yang punya komorbid, punya sakit jantung, punya diabetes, tetap minum obat-obatnya secara teratur disamping multivitamin dan mineral, dan jangan lupa konsultasi dokter jika ada keluhan dan berdoa menurut agama masing-masing.
