{"id":121123,"date":"2021-10-24T10:25:37","date_gmt":"2021-10-24T03:25:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/index.php\/2021\/10\/24\/fintech-crowde-raih-pendanaan-127-miliar-karena-fokus-di-pertanian\/"},"modified":"2021-10-24T10:25:37","modified_gmt":"2021-10-24T03:25:37","slug":"fintech-crowde-raih-pendanaan-127-miliar-karena-fokus-di-pertanian","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/index.php\/2021\/10\/24\/fintech-crowde-raih-pendanaan-127-miliar-karena-fokus-di-pertanian\/","title":{"rendered":"Fintech Crowde Raih Pendanaan 127 Miliar Karena Fokus di Pertanian"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em><strong>Nawacita<\/strong> &#8211; Startup<\/em> <em>fintech lending<\/em> yang fokus di sektor pertanian, Crowde, meraih pendanaan senilai US$9 juta (sekitar Rp127 miliar) dalam putaran Seri B yang dipimpin oleh Monk\u2019s Hill Ventures. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Berdasarkan data dari VentureCap Insights, PT Great Giant Pineapple yang merupakan anak perusahaan dari Gunung Sewu Group dan&nbsp;<em>existing investor<\/em>&nbsp;Mandiri Capital Indonesia turut berpartisipasi dalam putaran ini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Data VentureCap Insights menunjukkan bahwa pendanaan ini meningkatkan valuasi Crowde menjadi US$32 juta atau setara Rp452 miliar.&nbsp;<em>Tech in Asia<\/em>&nbsp;sudah menghubungi pihak Crowde untuk mengonfirmasi pendanaan dan valuasi perusahaan tetapi belum mendapatkan tanggapan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Crowde terakhir kali memperoleh pendanaan pada tahun 2019 dalam putaran Pra-Seri A senilai US$1 juta (sekitar Rp14,1 miliar) dari Mandiri Capital Indonesia. Di tahun tersebut, Crowde mulai menerapkan strategi yang membidik pemodal dari institusi. Dua tahun kemudian, Crowde resmi menutup skema<em> crowdfunding <\/em>bagi pemodal ritel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beberapa waktu lalu, Head of Funding and Impact Crowde, Afifa Urfani menyatakan bahwa alasan penutupan skema&nbsp;<em>crowdfunding<\/em>&nbsp;adalah kebutuhan modal proyek pertanian yang harus cepat dan presisi. Faktor ini membuat proyek pertanian lebih cocok didukung oleh pemodal institusi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hingga tahun 2020, kontribusi pemodal Crowde hanya 8 persen dari ritel dan 92 persen sisanya berasal dari pemodal institusi. Mayoritas mitra petani pun mengaku proses penyaluran modal dari pemodal institusi lebih terkontrol dan proyek budi daya lebih terjadwal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam situs resminya, Crowde mengklaim telah menyalurkan pinjaman sebesar Rp253 miliar sejak tahun 2017 dengan total peminjam sebanyak 33,9 ribu orang.
