Nawacita<\/a><\/strong> – Ketua DPR RI Puan Maharani meminta pemerintah mempercepat pencairan bantuan untuk para pekerja terdampak pandemi Covid-19. Menurutnya, bantuan lewat program Bantuan Subsidi Upah (BSU) harus sudah cair pada pekan ini.<\/p>\n

\u201cMasa PPKM ini sudah masuk sebulan, artinya subsidi untuk upah bulanan (BSU) pekerja terdampak seharusnya sudah cair,\u201d kata Puan di Jakarta, Kamis (5\/8\/2021).<\/p>\n

Mantan Menko PMK ini memahami proses admnistrasi dan validasi data calon penerima yang memerlukan waktu. Namun, hendaknya waktu tersebut tidak boleh melebihi tenggat sebulan setelah PPKM dibelakukan.<\/p>\n

\u201cBantuan tersebut harus sudah masuk ke rekening pekerja dalam pekan ini. Tidak boleh molor sampai pekan depan, karena ini berkaitan dengan \u2018dapur\u2019 para pekerja,\u201d desak Puan tentang program di bawah koordinasi Kemenaker ini.<\/p>\n

Selain soal waktu pencairan, Puan juga meminta pemerintah mengdengarkan suara-suara pekerja yang merasa belum terakomodir dengan program BSU ini.<\/p>\n

\u201cBSU ini harus memenuhi azas keadilan bagi semua pekerja terdampak yang sudah memenuhi kriteria,\u201d kata perempuan pertama yang menjabat Ketua DPR ini.<\/p>\n

Selain BSU, Puan juga meminta pemerintah segera menjalankan kembali program Kartu Prakerja di bawah koorindasi Kemenko Perekonomian ini.<\/p>\n

Menurutnya, Kartu Prakerja gelombang berikutnya harus segera berjalan untuk menyasar para pencari kerja ataupun pekerja yang kena PHK selama masa PPKM darurat dan PPKM Level 3-4.<\/p>\n

\u201cApapun proses administrasi untuk realisasi program ini harus mempertimbangkan desakan kebutuhan masyarakat yang tidak bisa tunda,\u201d kata Puan.<\/p>\n

Untuk diketahui, BSU akan diberikan pemerintah kepada para pekerja yang bergaji maksimal Rp 3,5 juta\/bulan, terdaftar di BP Jamsostek dan bekerja di wilayah PPKM Level 3-4. Besaran bantuan adalah Rp 1 juta per pekerja untuk dua bulan, yakni Juli dan Agustus 2021.<\/p>\n

Sementara, peserta Kartu Prakerja akan mendapatkan bantuan uang sebesar Rp 3,55 juta. Dengan rincian, insentif pelatihan senilai Rp1 juta, uang tunai sebesar R2,4 juta yang diberikan sebesar Rp 600 ribu dalam empat bulan sebagai insentif pasca pelatihan, serta insentif survei Rp150 ribu untuk tiga kali survei.<\/p>\n
