Terutama bagi pekerja di sektor esensial, dan tidak bisa bekerja dari rumah.<\/p>\n<p>Daya tahan tubuh yang kuat akan membantu menjalankan kegiatan harian Kepala Seksi Promkes dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Jawa Timur, Wahyuti, Kamis (15\/7\/2021) mengatakan, yang paling sederhana adalah dengan tetap menerapkan 3 M pasti (Memakai masker, Menjaga jarak, Mencuci tangan\/memakai hand sanitizer).<\/p>\n<p>Hal ini kemudian ditambah dengan menghindari kerumunan, mengurangi mobilitas, dan tidak makan bareng.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu agar meningkatkan imun\u00a0 dengan minum vitamin C. dan suplemen yang lain, makan sayur dan buah-buahan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Makan makanan gizi seimbang memang penting, tetapi lebih penting lagi untuk makan dengan teratur. Yaitu makan sesuai dengan jadwal,&#8221; katanya.<\/p>\n<p>Lebih lanjut dikatakannya, makanan dan suplemen saja tidak cukup. Berolahraga minimal tiga kali dalam satu minggu, sangat penting. Jenis olahraga yang bisa dilakukan beragam, tidak harus ke pusat kebugaran atau ke luar rumah.<\/p>\n<p>Menurut World Health Organization (WHO), berolahraga teratur bisa memperbaiki daya tahan tubuh, meredakan peradangan, dan mengurangi risiko penyakit berat. Hal ini karena sel kekebalan tubuh yang biasanya berkumpul pada organ limfoid akan beredar ke seluruh tubuh saat otot-otot berkontraksi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Jadi, kebiasaan berolahraga sangat penting di tengah pandemi,&#8221; tambahnya.<\/p>\n<p>Tips selanjutnya adalah menjaga kesehatan mental dengan berpikir positif. Depresi atau stres bisa membuat lebih rentan terhadap penyakit. Hal ini karena hormon stres kortisol bisa mengganggu kekebalan tubuh.<\/p>\n<p>Ketika stres atau depresi, tubuh akan merespons secara fisik. Kerja dari organ seperti otak dan jantung bisa terganggu. Stres berkepanjangan juga membuat seseorang lebih rentan terhadap flu.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Oleh karenanya, kita harus berusaha menjaga kesehatan mental. Salah satunya dengan melakukan hobi yang positif seperti berkebun, menulis jurnal, bernyanyi, dan lain sebagainya,&#8221; ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Menurutnya, untuk sementara lebih banyak waktu di rumah saja sangat penting untuk menjaga terpaparnya covid. Dengan\u00a0 istirahat yang cukup bisa menjaga tubuh tetap sehat.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Terlalu banyak bekerja dan terlalu banyak istirahat bisa berakibat buruk bagi kesehatan.
