Insomnia dan Penurunan Kualitas Tidur<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kandungan kafein yang tinggi pada kopi memang dapat mempengaruhi kualitas tidur malam. Bahkan, konsumsi kopi kurang dari 6 jam sebelum waktu tidur malam diasosiasikan dengan efek penurunan kualitas tidur dan meningkatkan insomnia.<\/p>\n<p>Jika memang sulit berhenti minum kopi ada cara lain, salah satunya dengan mengubah kebiasaan.
