Ada hal-hal yang membuat hati berbunga-bunga dan bahagia, tapi di sisi lain ada juga kejadian yang membuat murung, sedih atau marah.<\/p>\n<p>Hati-hati bila\u00a0rasa sedih\u00a0yang melanda sudah berdampak terhadap produktivitas dan kehidupan sehari-hari, terutama bila sudah terjadi selama dua pekan berturut-turut. Segera minta bantuan profesional kepada psikolog atau psikiater agar masalah segera ditangani.<\/p>\n<p>Mana yang lebih dulu didatangi, apakah psikolog dan psikiater? &#8220;Sebetulnya tidak masalah yang mana duluan\u00a0<em>kok,&#8221;<\/em>\u00a0ucapnya.<\/p>\n<p>Co-founder Arsanara Development Partner mengatakan keduanya punya tujuan yang sama, membantu orang mengatasi masalah kesehatan mental. Jika dibutuhkan, keduanya bisa saling rujuk.<\/p>\n<p>Perbedaan yang utama adalah psikiater adalah dokter yang punya wewenang untuk memberikan resep obat kepada pasien bila memang dibutuhkan. Sementara itu, psikolog lebih fokus kepada aspek-aspek perubahan tingkah laku.<\/p>\n<p>Psikolog juga fokus kepada pengelolaan pola pikir dan perasaan. Namun, sebetulnya Anda tidak perlu harus menunggu munculnya gangguan kesehatan mental sebelum pergi ke psikolog atau psikiater.<\/p>\n<p>Berkonsultasi bisa dilakukan kapan saja, bahkan ketika Anda tidak merasa punya masalah. &#8220;Bisa untuk tujuan mengembangkan diri,&#8221; kata dia.<\/p>\n<p>Sebuah laporan Risiko Global 2021 (Global Risks Report 2021) yang diterbitkan oleh World Economic Forum (WEF) bersama Zurich Insurance Group (Zurich) menemukan 80 persen anak muda di seluruh dunia tercatat mengalami penurunan kondisi kesehatan mental selama pandemi Covid-19.
