Pandemi harus kita kendalikan,\u201d kata Menteri PPN\/Kepala Bappenas Suharso Monoarfa seperti dilansir dari\u00a0<em>Antara<\/em>\u00a0dalam konferensi pers virtual di Jakarta, Selasa (9\/2).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Baca Juga :\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/index.php\/2020\/12\/24\/menkeu-catat-pencairan-dana-di-kppn-jakarta-capai-779-persen\/\">Menkeu Catat Pencairan Dana di KPPN Jakarta Capai 77,9 Persen<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sedangkan laju pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kalimantan Timur, lanjut dia, diperkirakan juga akan terdongkrak mencapai 2,1 persen rata-rata per tahun. Provinsi lain di sekitar Kalimantan Timur juga merasakan dampak positif karena pembangunan properti di IKN di antaranya di Kalimantan Utara dengan perkiraan mendorong laju pertumbuhan 0,3 persen. Selain itu, di Kalimantan Selatan, Sulawesi Selatan, dan Kalimantan Tengah dengan proyeksi masing-masing 0,2 persen.<\/p>\n<p>Kemudian, Nusa Tenggara dan Bali dan beberapa wilayah di Sulawesi dengan kisaran mencapai 0,1 persen. Pembangunan IKN, kata Suharso Monoarfa, juga akan mendorong penyerapan tenaga kerja sekitar 1,2 juta\u20131,3 juta orang sekaligus mewujudkan pemerataan pembangunan dan investasi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201dBappenas telah mencoba menghitung bagaimana tidak mengganggu APBN. Kita ingin memberikan kesempatan seluasnya kepada swasta, dengan demikian ekonomi bergerak, kesempatan kerja terbentuk,\u201d ucap Suharso Monoarfa.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara itu, Deputi Bidang Pengembangan Regional Kementerian PPN\/Bappenas Rudy Soeprihadi Prawiradinata menambahkan, pembangunan keseluruhan di IKN diperkirakan menelan dana sekitar Rp 500 triliun hingga 2024. Untuk kebutuhan pembangunan perumahan, diperkirakan menelan anggaran sekitar Rp 330 triliun hingga 2045.<\/p>\n<p>Sedangkan hingga 2024, lanjut dia, diperkirakan menelan hingga Rp 80 triliun untuk membangun perumahan karena belum semua aparatur sipil negara (ASN) akan pindah ke IKN. Bappenas mencatat pembangunan IKN bisa menjadi salah satu cara untuk mendorong investasi setelah pandemi, dengan syarat pembangunan dilakukan setelah pandemi dapat dikendalikan dengan menurunkan pertambahan kasus positif Covid.<\/p>\n<p>Salah satu cara investasi untuk mempercepat pemulihan ekonomi adalah melalui pembangunan sarana perumahan dan perkantoran di IKN. Bappenas memproyeksi untuk mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi sebesar 5 persen pada 2021, dibutuhkan total investasi sekitar Rp 5.817,3-Rp5.912,1 triliun.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara itu, realisasi investasi pada 2020 sebesar Rp 4.897,78 triliun karena ekonomi terkontraksi.
