Di media sosial misalnya, mencuat kekhawatiran jika masyarakat tak memegang sertifikat tanah secara fisik, berpotensi terjadi kehilangan atau berpindah kepemilikan.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"components__NormalWidth-kpb67a-0 jxuNGw\" data-key=\"746527\">\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Bahkan sempat beredar kabar bahwa sertifikat fisik yang ada di tangan masyarakat pemilik tanah, akan ditarik. Tapi hal tersebut dibantah dan dipastikan tidak benar.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"components__NormalWidth-kpb67a-0 jxuNGw\" data-key=\"746532\">\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8220;BPN tidak akan pernah menarik sertifikat. Kalau ada orang mengaku dari BPN ingin menarik sertifikat, janagn dilayani. Itu pun tidak bisa diterapkan dalam waktu dekat. Rencananya bakal dimulai bulan April.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"components__NormalWidth-kpb67a-0 jxuNGw\" data-key=\"746545\">\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Sementara untuk masyarakat umum, dia memastikan masih menggunakan sertifikat yang saat ini dimiliki. Hanya saja formatnya lebih sederhana dibandingkan bentuk sertifikat sebelumnya, karena data-data pertanahan dan status kepemilikannya tersimpan secara elektronik di data base ATR\/BPN.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"components__NormalWidth-kpb67a-0 jxuNGw\" data-key=\"746565\">\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"components__NormalWidth-kpb67a-0 jxuNGw\" data-key=\"746566\">\n<div class=\"Viewweb__StyledView-p5eu6e-0 eWGaoq\" data-key=\"746566\">\n<h3><em><span class=\"Textweb__StyledText-sc-1fa9e8r-0 fBNqBO\">Berikut ciri-ciri fisik utama sertifikat tanah elektronik: <\/span><\/em><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"components__NormalWidth-kpb67a-0 jxuNGw\" data-key=\"746569\">\n<div class=\"Viewweb__StyledView-p5eu6e-0 eWGaoq track_paragraph\" data-key=\"746569\">\n<div class=\"TextBoxweb__StyledTextBox-sc-1wzqkk1-0 hwNlLi\"><span class=\"Textweb__StyledText-sc-1fa9e8r-0 hVaSOZ\">1. Terdapat logo Kementerian ATR\/BPN di pojok kiri atas. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"components__NormalWidth-kpb67a-0 jxuNGw\" data-key=\"746572\">\n<div>2. Terdapat lambang negara Burung Garuda di bagian tengah atas.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"components__NormalWidth-kpb67a-0 jxuNGw\" data-key=\"746576\">\n<div>3. Sertifikat memuat data elektronik seperti Nomor Identifikasi Bidang (NIB), kode unik\/<em data-key=\"746606\">hashcode<\/em> atas dokumen elektronik yang diterbitkan, QRCode untuk mengakses informasi sertifikat tanah elektronik tersebut, gambar bidang tanah beserta keterangan surat ukur dan QR Code untuk menakses data surat ukur elektronik.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"components__NormalWidth-kpb67a-0 jxuNGw\" data-key=\"746583\">\n<div>4.
