Meski demikian, tak terasa nyaris setahun sudah situasi pandemi ini menghinggapi seluruh dunia. Sementara perlawanan belum selesai, varian baru virus Corona sudah muncul, setidaknya di Inggris, dengan tingkat penularan 56 persen lebih mudah. Sebagai salah satu langkah antisipasi, pemerintah kita melakukan penutupan akses bagi warga negara asing (WNA) yang ingin datang ke Indonesia hingga 14 Januari 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Tentu bukan hanya tenaga medis dan pemerintah yang mesti terus berjuang menghadapi pandemi. Sebagai masyarakat, kita juga tak boleh mengendurkan kewaspadaan. Hal yang harus kita lakukan agar tidak memperparah keadaan, selain menaati protokol kesehatan, adalah menjaga daya tahan tubuh sehingga kesehatan kita lebih terjaga.<\/p>\n<p>Beberapa cara untuk menjaga daya tahan tubuh adalah dengan mengonsumsi makanan dan minuman yang bergizi. Kebutuhan vitamin C juga jangan sampai terabaikan, yakni sekitar 75-115 mg untuk orang dewasa, dan untuk anak-anak tak lebih dari 50 mg.<\/p>\n<div id=\"gpt-inline1-passback\" class=\"text-center\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Selanjutnya, kita juga dianjurkan untuk\u00a0berjemur\u00a0di bawah siraman matahari sebelum pukul 10 pagi selama 5-15 menit, dua sampai tiga kali seminggu. Kegiatan berjemur pagi pun bisa dibarengi dengan olahraga rutin seperti yoga, jalan kaki, atau bersepeda minimal 30 menit per hari. Kegiatan yang harus diperhatikan tidak hanya kegiatan fisik, tetapi juga istirahat. Tidur tujuh sampai delapan jam per hari akan baik bagi daya tahan tubuh.<\/p>\n<p>Di antara semua tips menjaga daya tahan tubuh, yang paling sering terlupakan adalah mengonsumsi air mineral. Padahal ini tips paling sederhana dan paling mudah dilakukan. Pertanyaannya, berapa banyak air mineral yang harus kita konsumsi saban hari?<\/p>\n<p>Ada satu mitos kesehatan yang selalu diulang-ulang: minumlah\u00a0delapan gelas\u00a0sehari. Meski begitu, jika mau dipukul rata, minum 2 liter air mineral per hari bisa menjadi jawabannya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Kebersihan, Keamanan, dan Manfaat Mineral<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jika dalam kondisi normal saja kita dianjurkan untuk terus mengganti cairan tubuh yang hilang, apa lagi dalam situasi pandemi dan musim hujan begini. Saat berbagai penyakit demikian mudah menghampiri, memenuhi dan mengganti cairan tubuh menjadi lebih penting lagi.
