Saat ini beberapa jenis metode pemeriksaan digunakan untuk menegakkan diagnosis Covid -19, diantaranya pemeriksaan rapid dan PCR. Pemprov DKI Jakarta mengeluarkan peraturan dimana bagi warga yang ingin keluar masuk Ibu Kota wajib untuk menyertakan hasil rapid test antigen.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk pemeriksaan rapid sendiri sebenarnya terdapat pemeriksaan rapid antibodi, rapid antigen dan pemeriksaan TCM (Test Cepat Molekuler). Pemeriksaan rapid ini maksudnya adalah pemeriksaan yang dapat dikerjakan dengan cepat, paling lama 1 jam.<\/p>\n<p>Kementerian Kesehatan dulu gencar melakukan rapid antibodi dalam rangka menyaring individu yang diduga terpapar corona sekaligus memantau laju penularan Covid-19.\u00a0Kini, tes rapid antigen yang lebih ramai sebagai topik pembahasan karena hasilnya lebih akurat ketimbang rapid antibodi menurut sejumlah penelitian.<br \/>\n<strong>Baca Juga:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/index.php\/2020\/07\/27\/bali-unjuk-rasa-tolak-rapid-test-jadi-syarat-administrasi\/\">Bali Unjuk Rasa Tolak Rapid Test Jadi Syarat Administrasi<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Masyarakat perlu memahami beberapa jenis tes Covid-19 saat ini, terutama perbedaannya. Berikut ini poin perbedaan tes RT-PCR, TCM, rapid antigen, dan rapid test antibodi seperti dikutip dari laman Primaya Evasari Hospital.<\/p>\n<p>1. Metode<br \/>\nMetode pemeriksaannya tergantung target apa yang akan diperiksa ( material genetik atau RNA dan protein virus ). Apabila materi genetik atau RNA yang akan dicari maka pemeriksaannya menggunakan RT-PCR atau TCM. Apabila protein virus yang dicari maka pemeriksaan yang dilakukan adalah tes antigen dan antibodi.<\/p>\n<p>2. Durasi pemeriksaan<br \/>\nRT-PCR: bisa berhari-hari, tergantung antrean sampel yang menjalani pemeriksaan<br \/>\nTCM : minimal 45-60 menit.<br \/>\nRapid antigen : maksimal 60-90 menit.<br \/>\nRapid antibodi: minimal 10-15 menit.<\/p>\n<p>4. Biaya<br \/>\nRT-PCR: paling tinggi, pemerintah mematok maksimal Rp 900 ribu<br \/>\nRapid antigen: bervariasi, mulai dari Rp349.000 hingga Rp650.000<br \/>\nRapid antibodi: pemerintah menetapkan maksimal Rp 150 ribu<\/p>\n<p>5.
