{"id":10305,"date":"2017-09-09T10:07:46","date_gmt":"2017-09-09T03:07:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/nawacita.co\/?p=10305"},"modified":"2017-09-09T10:07:46","modified_gmt":"2017-09-09T03:07:46","slug":"telkom-pastikan-82-persen-layanan-pelanggan-telah-kembali-normal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/index.php\/2017\/09\/09\/telkom-pastikan-82-persen-layanan-pelanggan-telah-kembali-normal\/","title":{"rendered":"Telkom Pastikan 82 Persen Layanan Pelanggan Telah Kembali Normal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/\"><strong><span class=\"ssnet\">Nawacita<\/span><\/strong><\/a> &#8211; Jelang tenggat waktu pemulihan layanan Satelit Telkom 1 yang ditargetkan selesai pada 10 September 2017, PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) terus memantau proses pengerjaan repointing antenna ground segment di berbagai titik di seluruh Indonesia.<\/p>\n<p>Hingga Kamis malam (7\/9\/2017), Telkom telah memastikan 82% site pelanggan berhasil dipulihkan. Artinya, sebanyak 12.311 sites pelanggan telah kembali normal dari total 15.000 sites pelanggan yang semula terganggu.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam rilis yang diterima suarasurabaya.net , pihak Telkom menyatakan, dari total 63 pelanggan yang mengalami dampak anomali Satelit Telkom 1, Telkom telah merampungkan service recovery bagi 54 pelanggan, termasuk sebagian besar pelanggan layanan perbankan.<\/p>\n<p>Khusus untuk layanan Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT) ATM perbankan, Telkom telah memperbaiki sekitar 80% site atau sebanyak 9.209 sites dari total target pemulihan sebanyak 11.574 sites layanan ATM.<\/p>\n<p>Di luar layanan ATM, Telkom saat ini berupaya maksimal menyelesaikan sisa sites layanan yang sebagian besar berlokasi di wilayah Timur Indonesia dengan kondisi geografis yang sulit dijangkau, seperti di daerah perbatasan, pedalaman, dan kepulauan terpencil.<\/p>\n<p>Namun demikian, Telkom telah membentuk dan meluncurkan tim khusus ke lokasi-lokasi tersebut, sehingga proses pemulihan seluruh sites dapat tetap berjalan sesuai target yang telah ditentukan.<\/p>\n<p>Dengan progres pemulihan layanan yang sejauh ini berjalan stabil dan totalitas seluruh petugas di lapangan, Telkom optimis mampu mewujudkan komitmen penyelesaian seluruh sites layanan pelanggan dalam 2 (dua) hari ke depan.<\/p>\n<p>ssby<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nawacita &#8211; Jelang tenggat waktu pemulihan layanan Satelit Telkom 1 yang ditargetkan selesai pada 10 September 2017, PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) terus memantau proses pengerjaan repointing antenna ground segment di berbagai titik di seluruh Indonesia.
