Namun ada beberapa poin yang dinilai tidak tepat oleh serikat pekerja.<\/p>\n<p>Presiden Konfederasi Serikat Pekerja Indonesia (KSPI) Said Iqbal mengatakan, alasan buruh menolak RUU Ciptaker karena terdapat pengurangan nilai pesangon. Di mana dari sebelumnya besaran pesangon 32 bulan upah menjadi 25 bulan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDi mana 19 bulan dibayar pengusaha dan 6 bulan dibayar BPJS Ketenagakerjaan,\u201d kata Said dalam keterangan tertulis, Senin (5\/10\/2020).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Baca Juga:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/index.php\/2020\/10\/04\/tolak-ruu-ciptaker-sikap-demokrat-sejalan-dengan-aspirasi-buruh-jatim\/\">Tolak RUU CiptaKer, Sikap Demokrat Sejalan dengan Aspirasi Buruh Jatim<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dia mempertanyakan, sumber dana BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dalam membayar pesangon tersebut. Menurut dia, ketentuan tidak masuk akal, karena selama ini tidak ada pembayaran iuran ke BPJS Ketenagakerjaan untuk membayar pesangon pegawai.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKarena tanpa membayar iuran tapi BPJS membayar pesangon buruh 6 bulan,\u201d ujarnya. Hal itu dinilai akan merugikan pekerja karena tidak memiliki kepastian ketika mengabdi kepada tempat kerjanya.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPKWT atau kontrak seumur hidup tidak ada batas waktu kontrak.
